If you have subscribed to our newsletter and you no longer wish to receive them, simply enter your name and email address previously subscribed with in the Newsletter box and click 'Unsubscribe'.

Shipping
All postage is charged at a flat rate of $5 anywhere in New Zealand, unless otherwise stated. We ship all our products via Courier Post. You should receive your parcel within 1-2 days in most cases.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However if for some reason there will be a small delay, we will inform you as soon as possible to make sure that the delay is acceptable, if it is not we will refund your money in full.
Australian Residents orders will be sent through NZ Post International
Couriers, in the majority of locations you will receive your parcel in
1-3 days.
If you live outside of New Zealand or Australia and you would like to place an order please contact us via email to work out the shipping costs and then this can be arranged.
Returns
At Boo Boo Baby we want you to be as
happy with our products as we are!
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please send it back to us within 14 days in it's original packaging and we will happily replace it for you.
